I have always been an artist at heart and from the moment I made my first decorated cake I knew I was on to something. I then dedicated myself to learning more, pushing myself to the next level, and turning my visions into edible reality. Using a variety of mediums and techniques, my skills have evolved to create cakes beyond what people would expect from a dessert centrepiece.
My own designs are inspired by classic art & literature, philosophy, science, and nature (an eclectic mix I know). I also like to take molds and cutters and think "what cool thing can I do with this?". You can be assured that while I may use elements from previous cakes I will never make the same cake twice; you will always be getting an "Erin Original".

Some exotic creations include wafer paper, edible fabric, and an incredibly delicious hand-made flavoured marshmallow fondant.
Additional flavour combinations are available based on your preference, cake design, and artist recommendations.
- I DO NOT make cakes based on copyrighted or licensed material.
- I DO NOT copy the work of other cake artists. Although, feel free to submit photos that I can use for inspiration if there are elements that you really like and I’ll create a unique cake just for you that incorporates those elements.
- When filling out the contact form below please let me know the date you need the cake for, so I can check my availability before getting back to you.
- I have limited spots available as I do all the work personally and give each cake the attention it deserves, so please get in touch as early as possible (min 6 weeks) to increase the chances of availability.
- Cakes are priced individually based on size, fillings, and design complexity.
